Can you monitor sites with poor connectivity?

Yes. We deploy store-and-forward edge gateways with cellular, LoRaWAN or satellite uplinks so data is captured locally and synced reliably when connectivity returns.

Do you offer a 24/7 monitoring desk?

Yes. Customers can subscribe to our engineering response service for first-line monitoring, fault triage, remote intervention and structured escalation.

Can data stay on-premise?

Yes. We support fully on-premise, hybrid and cloud architectures depending on data sovereignty, latency and security requirements — and document the data flow accordingly.

How is the system secured?

We follow IEC 62443 principles: segmented OT networks, certificate-based authentication, encrypted transport, least-privilege access, logged remote sessions and regular vulnerability reviews.

Can it control as well as monitor?

Yes. Where appropriate we implement secure remote set-point changes, start/stop and recipe selection — always behind authentication, role-based permissions and full audit logging.

Will it work with our existing PLCs and meters?

Almost always. We support Modbus, Profinet, EtherNet/IP, OPC UA, BACnet, KNX, M-Bus and many proprietary protocols, and bridge them to a common data model.

How long until we see value?
